For applicants whose appointments at Application Support Centers (ASC) were canceled, USCIS will automatically reschedule the appointments once public services officially resume and will notify applicants via appointment letters. For appointments at local offices, such as those made via InfoPass, applicants will need to reschedule through the Contact Center.
