The Dallas No. 1 EB-5 project hotel, the HALL Arts Hotel, has officially passed inspection and held a grand inspection and operational ribbon-cutting ceremony on December 3, 2019. Guests signing in at the ribbon-cutting ceremony
Mr. Hall delivered a speech at the ribbon-cutting ceremony, stating, "This moment feels like the end of a long and soulful journey. Many hotels are monotonous and lack character, but the HALL Arts Hotel features 28 different styles of guest rooms." He also introduced that "the HALL Arts Hotel will not just be a place to stay; it is also a gallery for hundreds of pieces of art." These artworks range from a large mosaic art wall in the outdoor dining area to original photographs decorating the guest rooms and neon sculptures outside the conference center. Mr. Hall promised, "The hotel has completed the placement and installation of most of the artwork, and the remaining pieces will be installed successively."

Dallas City Council representative David Blewett stated, "The hotel's design is very beautiful and is a true masterpiece. When people come to the Dallas Arts District, they will not only be attending exhibitions or watching performances; the HALL Arts Hotel provides them with an option to stay and reside."

The official website of the HALL Arts Hotel began accepting room reservations a month ago. The hotel management team is ready to welcome the first guests arriving on December 10, 2019.
