The U.S. Department of State's Visa Office has officially released the Visa Bulletin for December 2019, the third month of the 2020 fiscal year, for the U.S. EB-5 Investment Immigration program. The latest results show that for Chart A, the final action date for EB-5 applicants is November 15, 2014, an advancement of 2 weeks compared to November. For Chart B, the date has advanced by 4.5 months to May 15, 2015, compared to November.

I. The visa cut-off date for EB-5 direct investment categories C5 and T5 is November 15, 2014, an advancement of 2 weeks. Investors who have received I-526 approval and have a priority date earlier than November 15, 2014, may proceed to the final consular interview stage or file an I-485 adjustment of status application in the United States to obtain a Green Card.
II. USCIS utilized Chart B in both the first and second months of the 2020 fiscal year. Whether Chart B will be utilized in the future remains to be observed.
