Recently, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) officially announced that for November 2019, the second month of the 2020 fiscal year, applicants who have already obtained other legal residency status in the United States may refer to the 'Date for Filing' chart published by the Department of State's Visa Office to submit their adjustment of status applications (Form I-485) to USCIS.
B Chart: Date for Filing Application (DFF)
(Note: For those who have obtained legal residency status in the U.S., submit Form I-485 for adjustment of status to USCIS)
This marks the continued use of the B chart by USCIS, following the first month of the 2020 fiscal year, October 2019.
According to the Department of State's Visa Bulletin: For Chart A, the priority date cutoff for EB-5 applicants is November 1, 2014; for Chart B, the priority date cutoff for EB-5 applicants is January 1, 2015. The difference between the cutoff dates of Chart A and Chart B is approximately 60 days. This is undoubtedly a major benefit for applicants who have already obtained other legal residency status and are adjusting their status within the United States.
Eligible applicants should seize this valuable opportunity to submit their I-485 adjustment of status applications. Worldway Group will continue to monitor whether USCIS will continue to use the B chart in the following month.
Currently, there are less than two months left to immigrate to the U.S. at the low investment threshold of $500,000. Time is running out for investors, and it is urgent to catch the 'last train' before the price increase. After the new USCIS administrative regulations take effect on November 21, the investment amount for U.S. immigration will not simply increase to $900,000, but could potentially rise directly to $1.8 million, a 3.6-fold increase. We remind investors that under the current situation, choosing a 'double-approved' EB-5 project allows investors to benefit from the 'grandfathering' rule, meaning those who have already applied for immigration at the $500,000 threshold before the new regulations take effect will not be affected by the price hike.
Currently, the popular Dallas No. 1 project is an EB-5 project with both 'I-526 exemplar approval' and 'investor petition approval.' Furthermore, as of the end of August, the jobs created based on construction expenditures have far exceeded the requirements for all investors in the project. In fact, the jobs available for each investor in the Dallas No. 1 project have reached 1.25 times the legal requirement, representing a 25% job surplus. At the same time, Dallas No. 1 possesses numerous advantages that significantly protect investor interests, making it an excellent choice for investors looking to catch the last train for low-cost U.S. immigration.
Advantages of the Dallas No. 1 EB-5 Project:
● Project I-526 exemplar and investor petition 'double approval'
● Located in a prime area of U.S. economic growth
● Personally managed and signed by a billionaire
● Repayment collateral guarantee totals 3.8 times the EB-5 capital
● Project construction is progressing smoothly, with required jobs already exceeded
● Developer provides a refund guarantee to protect investors in case of I-526 denial
● Independent third-party institution audits EB-5 loan disbursements
● Pioneering 'Buyer's Attorney' to protect the rights of EB-5 investors
● Dual independent regulatory mechanisms
● Backed by a strong professional EB-5 team
● Strong market demand and broad development prospects
