【Worldway Group Analysis】
I. The EB-5 immigrant investor visa cutoff date is November 1, 2014, an advancement of one week. Investors who have received I-526 approval and have a priority date earlier than November 1, 2014, may proceed to the final stage of consular processing or file an I-485 adjustment of status application in the United States to obtain a Green Card.
II. USCIS activated Table B in the first month of the 2020 fiscal year. Whether Table B will be activated in the future remains to be observed.
Currently, there is only one month left to immigrate to the U.S. at the low investment threshold of $500,000. Time is running out for investors, and it is urgent to catch the "last train" before the price increase. After the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) administrative regulations take effect on November 21, the investment amount for U.S. immigration will not simply increase to $900,000, but could potentially rise directly to $1.8 million, a 3.6-fold increase. This means that in addition to providing 3.6 times the capital, investors will also need to document the source of funds for that 3.6-fold increase. We remind all investors that under the current circumstances, waiting and watching may lead to greater risks and costs.
Now, by choosing a "double-approved" EB-5 project to immigrate to the U.S., investors who have already applied for immigration at the $500,000 low-price threshold before the reform regulations take effect will not be affected by the price increase, in accordance with the "grandfather clause."
Currently, the popular Dallas No. 1 project in the market is an EB-5 project with both the I-526 exemplar and individual investor cases "double-approved." Furthermore, as of the end of August, the jobs created based on construction expenditures for this project have far exceeded the total job requirements for all investors as stipulated by law. In fact, the jobs allocated to each investor in the Dallas No. 1 project have reached 1.25 times the legally required number, meaning the project has achieved a 25% job surplus. At the same time, Dallas No. 1 possesses numerous advantages that significantly protect the interests of investors, making it an excellent choice to help investors catch the last train for low-cost U.S. immigration.
Advantages of the Dallas No. 1 EB-5 Project:
● Project I-526 exemplar and individual investor cases are "double-approved"
● Located in a prime area of a U.S. economic growth pole with an excellent geographical position
● Personally managed and signed by a billionaire
● Total repayment mortgage guarantee is as high as 3.8 times the EB-5 capital
● Project construction is progressing smoothly, and the required jobs have been over-fulfilled
● Developer provides a refund guarantee to protect investors in case of I-526 denial
● Independent third-party institution audits EB-5 loan disbursements
● Pioneered the use of "buyer's counsel" to protect the rights and interests of EB-5 investors
● Dual independent regulatory mechanisms
● Strong professional EB-5 team overseeing the project
● Robust market demand and broad development prospects
