1. The EOI score requirement for the 188A visa is 80 points or above;
2. 188A visa applicants must commit to employing at least one full-time employee for their main business;
3. If the business involves exports, it must be proven that 100% of the exported goods are processed and produced in the state of Victoria;
4. 188B visa applicants must make an additional investment of at least AUD 500,000 during the 188B visa holding period and hold it for at least one year before transitioning to the 888B permanent residency;
5. 188B & 188C visa applicants are required to invest AUD 200,000 as "settlement funds" (bank deposits, property purchases, etc., are all acceptable).
