【Worldway Interpretation】
I. The EB-5 investment immigration visa cutoff date is: October 15, 2014, an advancement of 2 weeks. For investors who have obtained I-526 approval and whose priority date is earlier than October 15, 2014, they can enter the final consulate interview or submit an I-485 status adjustment application in the US and obtain a Green Card.
II. Table B, after remaining at October 1, 2014 for nine months, advanced by one week in April to October 8, 2014, continued to advance by one week in May to October 15, 2014, advanced by two weeks in June to November 1, 2014, and advanced by two weeks in August to November 15, 2014.
III. USCIS enabled Table B in the first 4 months of the new 2019 fiscal year (October 2018 to January 2019) (including all professional immigration visa categories), and suspended enabling Table B starting from the fifth month of the new 2019 fiscal year, i.e., February 2019. Whether Table B will be enabled later remains to be observed.
As everyone knows, starting from May 1, 2015, the EB-5 industry ushered in "scheduling". Over the past few years, the scheduling issue has been a hot topic of discussion for investors born in mainland China and the vast majority of EB-5 industry practitioners. For a long time, the US Congress and USCIS have been committed to the reform of the EB-5 Regional Center Program from the legislative and administrative levels, respectively, and have continuously proposed feasible solutions to solve the scheduling issue. Currently, the H.R.1044 proposal, which has been passed by the US House of Representatives, aims to "cancel the country-specific visa quota" to shorten the queuing time for investors; the administrative level of USCIS has also proposed many solutions, which we will not list one by one here. It is not difficult to see that the US parties attach great importance to the scheduling issue and have been working hard to promote it, with a view to fundamentally solving the scheduling issue.
We also believe that with the efforts of all parties, the US EB-5 scheduling issue will eventually be fundamentally solved. For investors with rigid needs for immigration to the US, they might as well stop hesitating and watching. You know, even if the bill to solve the visa scheduling is implemented, it will still take time to queue to enter the US in the short term. Filing early may allow you to queue in front of the main force and realize your American dream sooner. At the same time, once the bill is implemented, price increases are inevitable, and the 500,000 USD low-price immigration to the US will never return. Making a decision early will also save investment costs.
Under the current situation, investors can choose high-quality projects that have been approved by USCIS, have the prospect of shortening the schedule, have completed all employment, have first-priority guarantee repayment, etc., which will greatly safeguard the interests of investors and help investors successfully immigrate to the US. Worldway's two highly popular EB-5 projects in the EB-5 market: Manhattan No. 9 Luxury Boutique Hotel and Dallas No. 1 are both rare and high-quality projects. Currently, both of these major projects are under orderly construction according to plan.
The project has limited spots, you need to seize the opportunity! Investors please grasp the golden historical period of low-price immigration to the US for 500,000 USD before September 30! Quality project hotline: 400-138-2929.
