Attention travelers planning to visit the UK and Belgium! Applicants in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou only need to prepare one set of visa application documents and submit both visa applications simultaneously at the UK Visa Application Centre.
Visa Application Documents
I. Documents for Employed Individuals:
1 Personal Information Collection Form;
2 Original passport - valid for at least 6 months; if you have an old passport, please provide the original or a statement of loss;
3 Two 2-inch color photos with a white background (3.5*4.5cm; taken within the last 6 months, must not be the same as the passport photo or photos used in previous visas);
4 Clear photocopy of both sides of the ID card;
5 Photocopy of the entire household register (all information pages must be copied) (for collective household registration, provide photocopies of the individual page and the household head page; or provide an original household registration certificate issued by the local police station);
6 Photocopy of marriage certificate (if divorced, provide a photocopy of the divorce certificate);
7 Original employment verification letter signed by a supervisor and stamped with the official company seal (retired individuals should provide a photocopy of their retirement certificate);
8 Photocopy of the company's business license with the official seal (public institutions should provide a photocopy of the organization code certificate with the official seal); retired individuals are exempt from this requirement;
9 Personal bank statement for the last 6 months, stamped by the bank (the last transaction must be within 15 days, and the balance should be sufficient to cover the travel expenses; a balance of at least 30,000 RMB is recommended) - Mandatory;
10 Original certificates of other bank deposits, no freezing required (recommended if available);
11 Photocopies of property ownership certificates and vehicle registration certificates (recommended if available);
12 Original temporary residence permit (required if the place of work is in a different province from the place of passport issuance)
II. Documents for Minors (under 18):
1~5 Same as above
6 Photocopy of birth certificate;
7 Original proof of enrollment;
8 Photocopy of student ID (recommended if available);
9 Notarized and single-certified Chinese-English birth certificate;
10 For parents not accompanying the minor, provide the following documents:
① Notarized and single-certified power of attorney from the non-accompanying parent;
② Original employment verification letter of the non-accompanying parent; retired individuals provide a photocopy of their retirement certificate;
③ Personal bank statement of the non-accompanying parent for the last 6 months, stamped by the bank; the last transaction must be within 15 days, and the balance should be sufficient to cover the travel expenses; a balance of at least 30,000 RMB is recommended;
III. Documents for Students (over 18) with No Income:
1~5 Same as above
6 Photocopy of birth certificate;
7 Original proof of enrollment;
8 Photocopy of student ID (recommended if available);
9 Notarized and single-certified Chinese-English certificate of kinship;
10 For parents not accompanying the student, provide the following documents:
① Original employment verification letter of the non-accompanying parent; retired individuals provide a photocopy of their retirement certificate;
② Personal bank statement of the non-accompanying parent for the last 6 months, stamped by the bank; the last transaction must be within 15 days, and the balance should be sufficient to cover the travel expenses; a balance of at least 30,000 RMB is recommended;
IV. Documents for Married Unemployed Individuals:
1~5 Same as above

9 The following must be provided by the spouse:
① Original employment verification letter of the spouse - Mandatory;
② Personal bank statement of the spouse for the last 6 months, stamped by the bank (the last transaction must be within 15 days, and the balance should be sufficient to cover the travel expenses; a balance of at least 30,000 RMB is recommended) - Mandatory;
③ Assets under the spouse's name: such as photocopies of property ownership certificates, vehicle registration certificates, and other fixed assets (recommended if available)
Application Guide
After completing the application information on the UK visa application website, print your partially completed Belgian Schengen application form and manually complete the remaining sections. (Please note that all applications using this service will be processed quickly; please do not select the "UK Priority Visa" option.)
After completing the UK visa application online, follow the prompts to pay the UK visa application fee online and book an appointment at the UK Visa Application Centre in Beijing, Shanghai, or Guangzhou. Please ensure you select only "Standard Appointments".
Pay the Belgian visa application fee according to the UK-Belgium Visitor Service Guide. Please ensure you pay the Belgian visa application fee before arriving at the UK Visa Application Centre. Prepare your UK and Belgian visa application forms, 3 passport photos, the UK Visa Application Centre appointment confirmation, UK fee confirmation, and one set of supporting documents; you only need to provide one set of Belgian visa application documents.
Note: Remit the Belgian visa application fee and service fee to the designated bank account (when making a deposit or bank transfer, please indicate the applicant's name and date of birth in the remarks. If the remitter is not the applicant, please indicate the applicant's name and date of birth on the remittance voucher. Specify the purpose of the remittance.), and bring the bank payment voucher to the UK Visa Application Centre to submit the application;
If you are visiting the UK for business, you must provide a UK business invitation letter in addition to the Belgian visa application documents.
Submit your UK and Belgian visa applications in person at the scheduled time. You may collect your passport and documents at the UK Visa Application Centre or pay an additional fee for courier delivery.
