This signifies that the project documentation submitted to the USCIS along with the investors' I-829 applications has been recognized by the USCIS. Furthermore, the USCIS has acknowledged that the jobs actually created by the project have met the removal of conditions requirements for all investors. Other investors in the project who have already submitted their I-829 applications will enter a fast-track approval process; in accordance with the "deference policy," as long as their individual documentation meets the requirements, their I-829 applications will be approved shortly.
