Purchasing property with a minimum value of 250,000 euros grants a permanent residence permit, and this provision is not expected to change.
The ongoing legal and regulatory changes are closely related to the addition of new programs, such as obtaining residence permits through the purchase of stocks, bonds, and bank deposits. This will in no way affect the minimum amount (€250,000) required for purchasing property in Greece to obtain a residence permit.
