The U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) recently released the Spring 2018 Unified Agenda. In this agenda, the timeline for the EB-5 administrative reforms led by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has been updated once again.
1. EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program Modernization (RIN 1615-AC07)
The final action date for the "EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program Modernization" (RIN 1615-AC07), which includes changes to the definition of Targeted Employment Areas (TEA) and increases to the minimum investment amounts, has been postponed from the original February 2018 to August 2018.
As is well known, USCIS intends to increase the minimum investment amount for Targeted Employment Areas to $1.35 million and for non-Targeted Employment Areas to $1.8 million. The EB-5 industry association, IIUSA, recently echoed these proposals from USCIS via an open letter.

2. EB-5 Regional Center Program (RIN 1615-AC11)
The new regulations for the "EB-5 Regional Center Program" (RIN 1615-AC11), which aim to reform the approval procedures for Regional Center designation and exemplar certification, have been postponed from the original October 2018 to March 2019.

The postponement of the implementation of the EB-5 administrative reform proposals led by USCIS has once again bought time for investors to immigrate to the U.S. at the low investment threshold of $500,000.
Experts from Worldway Group remind investors: Now is the optimal time to apply for the U.S. EB-5 investment immigration program. For investors, under the current circumstances, choosing projects that have already been approved by USCIS, offer the potential to shorten visa backlogs, have completed all job creation requirements, and provide first-priority repayment guarantees is key to reasonably addressing a series of future policy changes, such as the significant increase in EB-5 investment amounts.
As a leading investment immigration institution, Worldway Group has been deeply involved in U.S. investment immigration for 21 years. We always put the interests of our investors first and, with our consistent forward-looking vision, recommend high-quality projects to our clients. To date, Worldway Group has helped tens of thousands of families successfully immigrate to the United States. Therefore, for those interested in immigrating to the U.S., Worldway Group is worthy of your trust, and our high-quality EB-5 projects are worthy of your choice.
Currently, three of Worldway Group's most popular EB-5 projects in the market—the Manhattan 9 Luxury Boutique Hotel and Dallas No. 1—are rare, high-quality projects. The data for these projects is excellent, greatly assisting investors in obtaining permanent green cards and ensuring the repayment of investment funds, thereby fully protecting the interests of investors.

These projects are selling fast. For those interested in immigrating to the U.S., please make your choice as soon as possible. Good projects do not wait, and once the "last train" for $500,000 low-cost immigration to the U.S. is missed, it will not come again. Project hotline: 400-138-2929.
