Worldway Immigration Group News: All 500 spots for the first phase of the exceptional Dominica Kempinski Citizenship by Investment hotel project have been sold out. Investors who missed out need not be discouraged, as the 300 spots for the second phase of the project are now on sale! Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis!
Known as one of the real estate investment citizenship projects in Dominica with the lowest investment cost and maximum return potential, the Kempinski Hotel citizenship project is the first real estate project approved by the Government of Dominica under the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program. Due to the high investment value and immense popularity of the project, all 500 equity spots were sold out before the construction of the first phase was even completed. The second phase, which is being developed concurrently with the first, is currently on sale with 300 equity spots available, of which approximately 280 remain. The second phase is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2019.
The investment structure, application process, fees, and return model for the second phase of the Dominica Kempinski Hotel project are identical to those of the first phase. By applying for Dominica citizenship through the second phase of the Kempinski Hotel project, investors only need to purchase $220,000 in hotel equity to quickly obtain a Dominica passport for four generations of their family. In addition to obtaining citizenship, investors will hold $220,000 in hotel equity, a value that is expected to rise to $350,000–$400,000 in the future.
Furthermore, investing in the second phase of the Kempinski Hotel citizenship project, just like the first, allows investors to enjoy annual investment returns. The equity can be sold after 3 years without affecting the citizenship status already obtained. If sold after 5 years, the subsequent buyer may also use this project to apply for Dominica citizenship.
Currently, Dominica's investment immigration program is introducing numerous favorable policies. These not only significantly reduce government application fees, processing fees, background check fees, and naturalization certificate fees, but also significantly relax age restrictions for dependents. For adult children who are students and not financially independent, the age limit has been extended from 18–28 to 18–30 years old; for unmarried, financially dependent adult daughters, the age limit has been extended from 28 to 30 years old; for parents or grandparents over 55, the age requirement for their spouses has been lowered, allowing those under 55 to accompany them.
It is worth noting that among the aforementioned favorable policies, the preferential policy reducing government application fees for those applying for Dominica investment immigration via real estate investment is valid for only one year, from September 1, 2017, to August 31, 2018; while the preferential policies for processing fees, background check fees, naturalization certificate fees, and the relaxation of age limits for dependents are valid for only six months, ending on March 31, 2018.
Worldway Immigration Group kindly reminds you: The countdown for Dominica's price reduction and dependent age relaxation policies has begun. Investors who need to process Dominica investment immigration should seize the time to submit their application materials and catch the last train for these benefits. At the same time, you can secure your spot in the second phase of the Kempinski Hotel project—apply early to benefit early!
