As a highly popular Canadian investment immigration program, the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program (QIIP) requires overseas investors to possess 1.6 million CAD in assets and invest 800,000 CAD. The investment is guaranteed by the government for repayment after five years. Applicants must have two years of management experience; there is no requirement to start or operate a business. The investment is reliable, there is no English language requirement, and if one person succeeds, the whole family obtains Canadian permanent resident status. It is the Canadian investment immigration category with the fewest restrictions, the simplest operation, and the most worry-free investment for applicants.
