This is a pre-authorized document that allows an employer to hire a foreign worker through the Saskatchewan immigration program. It is submitted in advance by the Saskatchewan employer to the Saskatchewan immigration authorities. Once approved, the employer can add the candidate's name to the position to generate a specific Job Approval Letter. Applicants must include this letter when submitting their application. The Job Approval Letter is valid for 6 months.
