l I-526 Petition: The processing cut-off date is November 28, 2015, advancing by 6 days compared to the July cut-off date of November 22, 2015;
l I-829 Petition: The processing cut-off date is July 9, 2015, advancing by 99 days compared to the July cut-off date of April 1, 2015;
l I-924 Petition: The processing cut-off date is November 3, 2015, regressing by 55 days compared to the July cut-off date of December 28, 2015;
Based on the August processing progress, it can be estimated that:
l Average processing time for I-526: approximately 21 months;
l Average processing time for I-829: approximately 26 months;
l Average processing time for I-924: approximately 22 months;
