As is well known, the United States possesses a comprehensive tax system. Not only is it a non-CRS country, but it is also actively implementing tax cuts, making it a new global tax haven. An increasing number of high-net-worth individuals in China will view the United States as an ideal destination for their asset allocation.

Although Puerto Rico is just a small island, it has created one of the richest histories in the Western Hemisphere. It boasts a world-class workforce, advanced infrastructure, favorable tax incentive policies, a wealth of experience from global professionals, and a sound U.S. legal system. With the implementation of a series of structural reforms, economic strategies, and incentive policies, Puerto Rico has now become one of the most competitive regions in the world and a world-class business destination.
At this meeting, through speeches by Mr. Luis G. Rivera-Marín, Secretary of State of Puerto Rico; Mr. Nicholas Prouty, a renowned Puerto Rican developer; Mr. Rafael Blanco-Latorre, Esq., former Commissioner of Financial Institutions of Puerto Rico; and many other political and business figures, a conclusion was reached: Puerto Rico is a tax haven for the new era and an extremely attractive investment destination.
Puerto Rico has no federal income tax, and investments in Puerto Rico are not affected by the CRS. It offers favorable tax incentive policies. Act No. 273 of 2012 promotes the development of International Financial Entities ("IFEs") by providing tax incentives for new banking and financial activities in Puerto Rico (conducted for clients outside of Puerto Rico), thereby establishing the region as an international banking and financial center. There is a series of incentive policies for IFE taxation, such as a 4% flat income tax rate on IFE income; IFEs are exempt from municipal taxes; and IFEs are exempt from any property taxes. For investors, leveraging the various advantages of Puerto Rico and current government measures can maximize the island's development potential.
Puerto Rico is a U.S. Commonwealth in the Caribbean, and therefore enjoys the same defense, market, and monetary systems as the United States. While possessing a stable, safe, and orderly business environment, it also provides companies with reliable quality and service standards.
During the meeting, several Puerto Rican political and business figures spoke highly of the Worldway Immigration Group's leading position and outstanding achievements in the field of U.S. investment immigration. They also praised the sold-out DLJ Four Seasons Hotel and Resort project, for which the Worldway Immigration Group served as the exclusive chief agent in China, noting its significant contribution to the local economy of Puerto Rico, and expressed their desire for further strategic cooperation with the Worldway Immigration Group.
As everyone knows, the United States is yearned for by countless people due to its developed economy, comprehensive social welfare, complete medical system, world-leading education quality, and excellent living environment. Today, the United States has become a highly sought-after destination for global investors.
Currently, the EB-5 bill has been extended again until December 8, extending the 'bonus' period for low-threshold investment immigration to the U.S., allowing investors to still invest in the U.S. at the low entry point of $500,000. For more investment information, please call: 400-138-2929.
