Since the enactment and implementation of the Citizenship by Investment Act in March 2013, Antigua has become one of the most popular investment immigration destinations for global investors.
Known as the "Back Garden of North America," Antigua and Barbuda is located in the heart of the Caribbean Sea. It enjoys a pleasant climate with temperatures around 28 degrees Celsius year-round—warm but not stifling, humid but not damp, and crisp but not dry. Beautiful Antigua is undoubtedly one of the most livable places for retirement.
There is no air pollution here, and the sky is always blue. Whether walking on country paths or exercising on the field, you can fully absorb the essence of nature.
It has a high-standard retirement system. Most people who come here for vacations or to settle down are from the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, and their lifestyle requirements ensure that the local dining, hygiene, and living standards are very high.
It offers high-level medical care. The local American University of Antigua College of Medicine provides sufficient doctors and technical personnel. One comprehensive public hospital and one comprehensive private hospital are sufficient for a population of over 80,000. At the same time, if you encounter complex medical conditions, you can always take a flight to Miami (a 2.5-hour flight) for treatment in the United States.
It offers Western living standards, where you can buy fresh seafood straight from the sea, as well as food and vegetables air-freighted from the United States and Europe, making life very convenient.
For retirees who wish to spend their later years here, they can also use their Antigua passport to travel visa-free to more than 130 countries and regions around the world, or enjoy all this tranquil life upon returning home.
Currently, the government of Antigua is offering a sensational discount: effective August 1, 2017, the government has introduced a limited-time promotional policy for the Citizenship by Investment Program government processing fees, valid for 6 months.

Regarding the government processing fee for the real estate investment option: the original fee was $50,000 USD per person (over 18 years old) and $25,000 USD per person (under 18 years old). Now, the government processing fee for a family of four is only $50,000 USD! For families exceeding four people, each additional person only requires an extra $15,000 USD!
Regarding the government processing fee for the donation option: under the original fee structure, although a family of four donated, the two youngest dependents were exempt from the government processing fee; for a family of five, the three youngest dependents were exempt. However, the main applicant and spouse were not included in the exemption and still had to pay $50,000 USD each. For those exceeding the above scope, dependents under 18 required $25,000 USD each, and dependents over 18 (such as parents) required $50,000 USD each. Now, for a family of four donating, the government processing fee is only $25,000 USD! For families exceeding four people, each additional person only requires an extra $15,000 USD!
Example: For Mr. W's family of five (main applicant + spouse + 2 parents + 1 child under 18) donating, under the old act, the government processing fee was 5 (main applicant) + 5 (spouse) + 5 (older parent) = $150,000 USD (with the child under 18 and one of the younger parents exempt from the government processing fee). Under the new act, Mr. W's family of five only needs to pay a government processing fee of $25,000 USD! A saving of $125,000 USD!
Worldway Group immigration experts state: Comparing the old and new policies for government processing fees, it is evident that after the reduction of government processing fees under the new policy, family applications for Antigua immigration have a significant price advantage. It is worth noting that this new policy is currently valid for 6 months, and it is recommended that investors interested in Antigua immigration act quickly and apply as soon as possible!
