The Dominica Citizenship by Investment Unit has a total of 15 commissioners responsible for processing the information of applicants for citizenship by investment in Dominica. Due to the advantages of the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program, such as low investment thresholds, simple application procedures, fast approval speeds, and high efficiency, it is very popular among global investors. In recent years, the number of applications for the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program has exceeded 2,000 families annually, ranking among the top in the Caribbean Commonwealth countries with citizenship by investment policies. The more than 2,000 citizenship by investment application documents are reviewed by these 15 commissioners divided into several small groups.

Director of the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Unit particularly mentioned that Mr. Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit, the Prime Minister, places great importance on the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program. They do not view this program as a temporary measure, but as a national development strategy, promoting and implementing it as a long-term development project, treating it with great care. The Prime Minister also emphasized that in the future, if Worldway encounters any issues during the promotion, implementation, and submission of citizenship application materials, they can directly contact the Prime Minister, who will personally address the issues in a timely manner.
During the conversation, when Dr. Winner Xing asked about the sources of the more than 2,000 citizenship applicants each year, Mr. Excellency Emmanuel Nanthan candidly told Dr. Winner Xing that among these applicants, the proportion of investors from China started at about 5% and has recently risen to between 30% and 40%. The other 60% to 70% of applicants come from Europe, America, and the Middle East.
