Recently, the U.S. Department of State Visa Office released the June 2017 Visa Bulletin for the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. The latest results indicate that the EB-5 visa Final Action Date has advanced by 7 days, moving from June 1, 2014, to June 8, 2014.
Table A: Final Action Date (FAD)
(Note: For Consular Processing & USCIS Form I-485 Adjustment of Status Applications)

Table B: Date for Filing Application (DFF)
(Note: For those already holding legal residency in the U.S., filing Form I-485 for Adjustment of Status with USCIS)

[WorldWay Analysis]
1. According to Table A, the EB-5 visa Final Action Date has advanced by 7 days, moving from June 1, 2014, to June 8, 2014.
2. Table B, the Date for Filing, remains unchanged at September 1, 2014.
It is worth noting that for over a year, the date in Table B remained steady at June 15, 2014. It was not until May 2017 that Table B unexpectedly advanced by 2.5 months (77 days) to September 1, 2014. However, as of June 2017, Table B remains the same as the previous month, still at September 1, 2014, signaling a potential stagnation again.
Please note that the opening of Table B is subject to notification from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Within approximately one week, USCIS will release its own version of the Visa Bulletin Table B on its official website. At that time, all applicants who have already obtained legal residency in the U.S. must refer to the USCIS version of Table B to determine whether they are eligible to file Form I-485 for Adjustment of Status.
