WorldWay Group, as a pioneer in the European property immigration business, was the first to promote property immigration in Cyprus, Portugal, Greece, and Spain domestically, and successfully hosted the "2013 European Immigration Year" event, effectively promoting the development of European property immigration projects to benefit investors.
Every immigration agency claims to be excellent in various ways. How should applicants differentiate and select a good immigration agency? Here are several aspects to consider.
First, the agency must hold a private immigration agency license, which clearly states the agency's qualifications and the countries it can serve. Many small agencies or fraudulent companies lack this license, so applicants should be particularly attentive;
Second, consider the company’s establishment date, as this can indicate the reliability of the company by eliminating the possibility of it being a short-term setup for fraud;
Third, the company’s scale can be analyzed in two ways: the operating area and staff size of a single immigration company, and the extent of national network coverage and individual company scales. The operations of immigration agencies in external markets are similar to those in the franchising industry, with both direct operations and franchisees. Although the same brand may be used superficially, the reality of direct operations, franchises, and affiliations can be hard to distinguish. In recent years, due to the involvement of external capital, many small local immigration agencies, which may only hold qualifications, have been integrated under certain brands, creating a seemingly vast network. However, the true professional competence is indeed worth discussing.
Fourth, this is one of the most important criteria for selecting an immigration agency and also one of the most challenging to assess. Immigration is a highly private personal activity, and unless applicants voluntarily disclose their information, it is standard practice and a legal requirement for agencies not to disclose applicants' privacy without their consent.
