The investment funds for our US client, Ms. S, originated from a gift provided by her father, Mr. Shan. Although Mr. Shan earned a high salary, he frequently transferred his earnings into various bank accounts for investment purposes; upon the maturity of these investments, the funds were then transferred into yet other bank accounts.

With the assistance of Ms. S’s father, the Worldway US immigration documentation team utilized reverse-tracking to trace the history of his existing investments. We clearly explained the origin of the investment funds and successfully submitted the filing to the USCIS.

Currently, the client’s I-526 petition has been approved, a conditional Green Card has been received, and the application for the I-829 permanent Green Card will be filed in 2016.
