Mr. L, born in the 1980s and a native of Zhejiang, graduated from one of Ireland's most prestigious universities. Following two years of international study, Mr. L was deeply captivated by Ireland's beautiful living environment and its human-centric work and study culture, fueled by a desire to eventually return to Ireland with his family.

Upon learning about the Irish social housing investment immigration program, he quickly applied for the inaugural phase. Although Mr. L's total net assets were below the €2 million (including the €500,000 investment amount) threshold required by the Irish government.

However, following extensive research and discussions with Worldway Group's Irish immigration experts, Mr. L, his wife, and their daughter, who was not yet one year old, successfully obtained pre-approval for the Phase I project investment application.

At present, Mr. L and his family have already been granted Irish permanent residency.
