Manitoba Student Immigration Program
Study: 10 months of professional coursework; Employment: 6+ months of local work experience; Immigration: 2-3 months for provincial nomination, 6-12 months to obtain permanent residency
1. Applicant aged 18-40, with a high school diploma or higher
2. IELTS score of 5.5 or higher (those who do not meet this requirement may attend local intensive English training)
3. Employment in Canada after graduation
Quebec Provincial Nominee Program
1. Possess net assets of over CAD 1.6 million, legally obtained
2. At least 2 years of business management experience within the last 5 years
3. Invest CAD 800,000 (principal returned by the government after 5 years without interest) or invest CAD 220,000
(one-time payment, non-refundable); choose one of the two options
4. Meet medical examination requirements

1. Possess net assets of at least CAD 500,000
2. Possess at least 3 years of business management experience

two job opportunities, or invest at least CAD 200,000 in other regions of Saskatchewan
