On April 16, Worldway Immigration Group proudly launched another high-quality U.S. investment immigration project—Nevada Solar Power EB-5 Project, with a grand release event held simultaneously at the Four Seasons Hotel in Shenzhen and the Guangzhou International Financial Center. Wesley Ahlgren, Director of the Coachella Valley Economic Partnership (CVEP), Jim Seol, President of the U.S. WRCI Regional Center, Pierre Pan, Director of WRCI Regional Center, and Ms. Koala Fan, Executive Deputy General Manager of Worldway Immigration Group Shenzhen, attended the event and jointly analyzed the concentrated advantages of the project.
Electricity is the lifeblood and backbone of global economic development. Clean, environmentally friendly, and efficient solar power generation represents a strong and ongoing demand in the U.S. economy, with vast and ambitious market development prospects. The Nevada Solar Power EB-5 Project launched by Worldway Immigration Group is the fourth EB-5 project constructed, operated, and invested by the world's largest wind and solar power company, attracting numerous investors to actively participate in the event. The venue was fully packed, allowing investors to engage in close communication with U.S. project representatives and enjoy a feast of U.S. investment immigration opportunities.

According to the project team, the robust and exceptional repayment capability is the project's greatest highlight. The borrower for the Nevada Solar Power Project, NextEra Energy Capital Holdings Inc., has been rated as an A-rated stable enterprise by the three major rating agencies. An A rating indicates that the company has no record of default or late payments; in addition, as a dual guarantee, the large, high-quality publicly listed parent company on the New York Stock Exchange, NextEra Energy Inc. (with a revenue of $17.48 billion in 2015 and total assets of $82.48 billion), has committed to provide an unconditional full repayment guarantee for the project.

The project commenced in May 2014 and has completed 79% of the total project to date, with completion guarantees provided by a NASDAQ-listed company, and is expected to be completed by September 2016. The project boasts an exceptionally high employment rate of 3.1 times and sufficient job creation, with construction costs alone expected to create 8,485 jobs, which is 2.8 times the requirement set by the immigration bureau.
Jim Seol, President of WRCI Regional Center, analyzes project advantages
The Nevada Solar Power Project has received dual support from U.S. government funding and policies. Once completed, all generated electricity will be supplied to one of the largest integrated power companies in the U.S.—Southern California Edison, with a 20-year power supply agreement already signed between the two parties.

In addition, the project possesses other high-quality attributes, such as a low proportion of EB-5 funding, all other non-EB-5 funds being fully in place, top U.S. immigration law firm Miller Mayer providing support, project documents being open and transparent, and a strict fund supervision mechanism.
