Investment Immigration news update for Dominica: On March 23, the overseas company of China Railway 14th Bureau Group won the bid for the Dominica "York Valley Bridge" project, successfully entering the North American market.

The project is located at the York Valley in the middle and lower reaches of the Layou River on the west coast, with a construction cost of 22.33 million. Once completed, it will become the main channel for the export of agricultural products in central and western Dominica, promoting the development of pillar industries such as agriculture and tourism.

In recent years, the company has established a development pattern of "one center, three operating points," with Africa as the center and the Americas, the Middle East, and South Asia as supplements. It has proposed a "four-step" strategy for overseas operations: Go out, maintain focus, and stay steady; Go down, persevere, and remain unshaken; Go in, integrate into the local area, and stay open; Go up, enhance status, and avoid marginalization.

"This project is another achievement in implementing the company's overseas operation strategy," said Du Ruihai, General Manager of the company. "Taking a step forward in the relatively mature North American market marks a major stride in our international operations."
