On the occasion of the Worldway Group U.S. investment immigration 10th anniversary celebration, Worldway Group is launching another high-employment EB-5 project guaranteed by a large New York-listed company: the Nevada Solar Power Project.

Due to its exceptionally high employment rate, repayment guarantee from an A-rated New York-listed parent company, completion guarantee provided by a NASDAQ-listed company, and support from top-tier legal counsel, the Nevada Solar Power Project follows in the footsteps of the California Solar Project previously exclusively represented by Worldway. It is poised to continue the glorious history of the California Solar Project, which saw all client I-526 petitions approved:

Repayment Guaranteed by a Large New York-Listed Company

The Nevada Solar Power Project is a large-scale solar power plant project constructed and operated by NextEra Energy Inc. (NYSE: NEE), the world's largest wind and solar power listed company. The project borrower, NextEra Energy Capital Holdings Inc., is rated as an A- stable enterprise by the three major rating agencies. An A- rating signifies that the company has no history of default or overdue payments, ensuring the security of project repayment; as a dual guarantee, the large, high-quality New York Stock Exchange-listed parent company, NextEra Energy Inc. (with a market capitalization of $82.48 billion and cash flow of $7.659 billion in 2015), which is also rated as an A- stable enterprise by the three major rating agencies, has committed to providing a full, unconditional repayment guarantee for the project.

3.1x Super-High Employment Rate

The project uses the RIMS II employment model to calculate job creation. The number of jobs created is 3.1 times the requirement set by the USCIS, reaching 9,320 jobs. Construction expenditures alone account for 8,485 jobs, which is 2.8 times the USCIS requirement.

Low EB-5 Capital Risk

EB-5 capital accounts for only 12.7% of the total project cost, resulting in a low capital risk coefficient. The project developer, NextEra Energy Inc. (NYSE: NEE), is financially robust and well-capitalized. In addition to the EB-5 capital, all other project funding (including government cash subsidies, senior loans, and equity investments) has already been secured.

Supported by Top-Tier Immigration Law Firm

The top-tier U.S. immigration law firm Miller Mayer is personally overseeing the project as legal counsel, safeguarding the success of investors' applications. For 25 years, Miller Mayer has maintained a 100% approval rate for its EB-5 projects and I-829 applications.

The project commenced in May 2014 and is expected to be completed in September 2016, with a construction period of 30 months. The project is backed by a completion guarantee from a NASDAQ-listed company. Furthermore, the project boasts numerous other advantages, including stable operations, strong government support, a strict capital supervision mechanism, and transparent project documentation.
