Worldway Immigration Group defines 2016 as the year of asset allocation, with the US dollar rising strongly and the Renminbi continuing to depreciate, making global asset allocation timely. Investing in the Commonwealth passport program allows for the conversion of Renminbi assets into US dollar assets, achieving dual benefits of international asset allocation and Commonwealth citizenship.On March 12, Worldway will grandly launch the meeting with the Ambassador of Dominica and share trends in international asset allocation. At that time, the Ambassador of Dominica will be present to analyze how to quickly obtain a Commonwealth passport through the purchase of hotel equity, providing you with a new experience in international asset allocation.
Currently, Worldway has launched the Cabrits Resort Kempinski and Silver Beach Hotel Apartment projects approved by the Dominica government under the investment citizenship program (purchasing hotel equity, a form of real estate investment), which have been well received by investors:
Kempinski Resort Hotel Equity Project
The Cabrits Resort Kempinski in Dominica is the first real estate project approved by the Dominica government under the investment citizenship program. The resort will have a total of 101 guest rooms and will be managed by the Kempinski Hotel Group upon completion. Construction began in January 2016, with an estimated duration of 30 months, and it will become the country's first five-star resort hotel upon completion.
Applicants can quickly apply for investment citizenship by purchasing hotel equity for $220,000. After three years, they can resell according to the Citizenship by Investment Act.
Silver Beach Hotel Apartment Project
The Silver Beach Hotel Apartment is a property investment project approved by the Dominica government under the citizenship program, located on the west coast of Dominica in Picard Bay, facing the Caribbean Sea. The hotel apartments offer convenient living and an elegant environment, making it a premium residential area for education in Dominica. Upon completion, the hotel will be managed by a professional hotel team from the United States, allowing investors to not only gain substantial returns but also enjoy the use of hotel rooms.
Investors can choose to invest $250,000 to purchase hotel equity or $360,000 to purchase a studio apartment, holding personal permanent ownership in either case. They can sell after three years; after five years, the next buyer can apply for citizenship;
Both of the above projects are highly credible quality projects recommended by the Minister of Immigration and the Ambassador of Dominica, receiving enthusiastic support from investors. Currently, Worldway's "Ten-Year Anniversary of US Investment Immigration with a $10,000 Gift Voucher Return" promotion is in full swing.
