With the current appreciation of the U.S. dollar and the new era of Chinese capital going global, global asset allocation has become a consensus among high-net-worth individuals to diversify investment risks. U.S. EB-5 investment immigration not only allows for obtaining a U.S. immigration green card, which holds high global value, but also helps mitigate the risks associated with the depreciation of the RMB.
On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of WorldWay's U.S. investment immigration services in 2016, WorldWay is specially launching EB-5 projects—the DLJ Four Seasons Hotel and Resort project and the 90 Columbus apartment project. These projects feature strong developer backing, sufficient job creation, low investment and repayment risks, and excellent exit mechanisms, making them a wise choice for securing low-cost investment immigration to the U.S. To reward our investors, WorldWay is offering thousands of vouchers worth 10,000 RMB each, which can be used to offset immigration service fees.
