Las Vegas Third Street Redevelopment Project is Operating Normally
The Las Vegas Third Street Redevelopment Project encompasses the renovation of an entire Las Vegas block, including casinos, bar districts, and retail areas. The hotel and casino portions of the project are now officially in operation and have recently hosted several featured events, as follows:
The first event was to welcome the arrival of the Renegades (the Los Angeles Renegades, an esports league organization newly formed to recruit world-class players). The project's hotel & casino provided two months of accommodation for the esports athletes and hosted multiple public events during this period, including parties, team meet-and-greets, and exhibition matches. The events were attended and highly praised by local government officials.
Secondly, the 23rd Annual Veterans Day Parade was also held in downtown Las Vegas. This festival is often considered the largest veterans' parade west of the Mississippi River. Every year, this parade concludes near the downtown hotel.
Furthermore, to celebrate and give back during the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, the hotel gave away 4 tickets to the National Finals Rodeo every day for 10 consecutive days.
