During this visit, Honourable Charles Henry Fernandez, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Antigua and Barbuda, Mr. Ernell Casroy James, Ambassador of Antigua and Barbuda to the United Arab Emirates, and Mr. Nitin Singhal, Director of the Kayal Luxury Resort Project, will meet with Worldway clients in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, providing direct engagement and launching the Kayal Luxury Resort Project, jointly invested and owned by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda and the ruling family of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This project is the first fast-track citizenship by investment program in the Commonwealth to offer a five-year repayment commitment, and it marks the first time an Antiguan Foreign Minister has come to China to promote an investment citizenship program, representing a significant event in the history of immigration in China.

During the discussions, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Antigua and Barbuda and others acknowledged the achievements of Worldway in promoting the Antigua project over the past year and expressed their commitment to further support Worldway. Notably, the Kayal Luxury Resort Project, a fast-track investment citizenship program launched by the Government of Antigua in collaboration with the ruling family of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, has granted Worldway the exclusive agency rights in China. During the talks, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Antigua mentioned that the Kayal project is a national economic strategic project that will receive expedited approval to ensure its success. Additionally, the guests from Antigua attentively listened to the President of Worldway's insights on the Antigua investment citizenship program, and both parties expressed confidence in future cooperation.
