Spain Immigration Focus on Spanish Immigration Economy: The Institute of Economic Studies (IEE), affiliated with the Spanish Confederation of Employers' Organizations (CEOE), recently released a research report on the impact of the TTIP agreement on the Spanish economy, noting that if the United States and the European Union sign the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), it will be beneficial for Spanish exports to the United States, drive Spanish economic growth, and in particular, promote job creation in Spain. The IEE stated that if the TTIP is signed, it will boost Spain's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by an additional 0.7% and create 335,000 jobs over the next five years.
