Cyprus Immigration Focus on Cyprus Immigration Economy: Recently, the Cyprus Poudala Group signed a cooperation agreement with Jinzhou Port Co., Ltd. The oil shale project signed this time aligns with China's "Belt and Road" initiative. It is a processing trade project characterized by "both ends outside, large-scale import and export," a circular economy environmental protection project, and a poverty alleviation project, marking a milestone in the transformation and upgrading of bulk cargo at Jinzhou Port.
On September 27, 2014, the vessel "World Way" arrived at Jinzhou Port fully loaded with 54,300 tons of Indonesian oil shale. On that day, the maiden voyage ceremony for the Poudala Group's oil shale project was grandly held at Berth 205B of Jinzhou Port. Over the following year or more, both parties fully aligned their efforts, sought common ground while reserving differences, and ultimately facilitated the landing of the oil shale project at Jinzhou Port.
The project is being constructed in two phases. The first phase has a construction scale of 2 million tons/year, an estimated investment of 1.2 billion, a construction period of 18 months, and an annual output of 350,000 tons of shale oil and 1.65 million tons of clinker and calcium products. The second phase of the project has a construction scale of 4 million tons/year, with construction planned to start in August 2018, completion in August 2019, and full production operation in February 2020.
