Impersonating Worldway Employees to Illegally Solicit Visa Business
Recently, our company (Shenzhen Worldway Immigration Consulting Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "Worldway") has learned that unlawful elements are impersonating Worldway employees to illegally solicit visa and other services with the intent of defrauding potential clients of service fees. Their actions have seriously damaged our company's reputation and constitute suspected infringement and unfair competition. To protect the public interest and our company's legal rights, we hereby issue this risk warning and formal declaration:
1. According to the information currently obtained, such unlawful elements mainly impersonate Worldway employees to illegally solicit visa business and defraud potential clients of service fees through the following forms: publishing promotional videos for visa services on the Douyin platform while using Worldway's registered address information for their accounts; using the word "Worldway" and Worldway's trademark patterns in WeChat names; claiming to be "Worldway employees" during WeChat communications and sending forged electronic versions of Worldway business licenses; and sending forged Worldway official seals on proxy service contracts to potential clients.
2. After more than twenty years of operation and development, Worldway and other companies legally authorized to use the "Worldway" trademark have collectively become one of the most powerful immigration institutions in the country. 3. Except for officially recognized cities or regions, no companies/entities in any other cities or regions nationwide are authorized to use the "Worldway" trademark. Aside from disclosures in Worldway's registrations and formal written authorizations, no equity investment, management, business cooperation, or other relationships exist between Worldway and any other entities. All actions taken by any other entity are unrelated to Worldway and its affiliates; consequently, Worldway assumes no responsibility for any disputes or grievances arising therefrom.
4. Since its establishment, multiple Worldway immigration institutions have consistently adhered to principles of legal and compliant operation, committed to providing professional and efficient investment immigration services to clients nationwide, and have earned the trust of our clients. The terms "Worldway," "Shitong," and "WORLDWAY" have become widely recognized trade names and enterprise names and have been formally registered as trademarks. Without formal license and authorization, no entity shall unauthorizedly use "Worldway," "Shitong," "WORLDWAY," or any构成 component patterns as their trademark, trade name, enterprise name, domain name, website name, self-media name, or other commercial identifier. Worldway reserves the right to take all legal measures to pursue the legal responsibility of any parties that impersonate Worldway to solicit business.
5. We urge members of the public to remain vigilant, exercise caution in discernment, and avoid potential infringement on personal rights. For entities or individuals who engage in illegal activities by pretending to be "Worldway," Worldway, or its affiliates, we advise members of the public to promptly report or file lawsuits with public security organs, judicial departments, or other relevant authorities.
