As early as September 2018, Montenegrin Ambassador to China, H.E. Darko Pajovicx, and other Montenegrin government officials were invited to attend the "2018 China-Europe Trade and Investment Forum" hosted by Worldway, where they discussed economic hotspots and China-Europe investment with political and business leaders from various countries as well as Worldway executives.
