At a time when U.S. investment immigration is facing a significant "price hike" in investment amounts, Worldway has timely launched three USCIS-approved EB-5 projects, as well as an EB-5 project (Jiuding Brooklyn Heights Apartment Project) co-invested with the Jiuding International Phase II Real Estate Fund and the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA) for green cards, which promises a guaranteed refund if investment is impossible due to legislative changes.

Among the three approved projects, the Montage Pendry San Diego project has already completed the I-829 removal of conditions and met all employment indicators required by the immigration authorities, clearing the most important obstacle to upgrading conditional green cards to permanent green cards!
