Choosing Singapore as an investment immigration destination is a wise decision. This is a global perspective. According to a report by the UAE's Al Bayan newspaper on the 4th, Singapore ranked first in the latest "2016 Global Infrastructure Investment Index" released by the international consultancy Arcadis, followed by Qatar and the UAE in second and third place, respectively, surpassing developed countries such as Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and the United States.
This index is published every two years and evaluates the attractiveness of infrastructure investment markets in 41 countries and regions around the world based on factors such as the quality of existing infrastructure and the availability of debt financing. Singapore has been a highly attractive infrastructure investment market for many consecutive years. China ranked 17th, placing it in the middle tier. The Arcadis report stated that investments in countries like the UAE and Qatar are relatively stable; for instance, despite the decline in oil prices, Dubai has continued to ensure infrastructure construction related to the 2020 World Expo.
