Worldway Immigration Group proudly launches the U.S. investment immigration EB-5 project with a double-A rated repayment guarantee—the Nevada Solar Power Project. This project will be launched during a national roadshow this week. Following the successful promotion of the California Solar Power EB-5 project in 2013 in collaboration with the U.S. WRCI Regional Center, this is another premium EB-5 project that continues the group's legacy of excellence.
The project borrower, NextEra Energy Capital Holdings Inc., is rated as an A- stable enterprise by the three major rating agencies. An A- rating signifies that the company has no history of default or overdue payments. Furthermore, as a dual guarantee, the parent company, NextEra Energy Inc., a large, high-quality listed company on the New York Stock Exchange, which is also rated as an A- stable enterprise by the three major rating agencies, has committed to providing a full, unconditional repayment guarantee for the project.
According to the latest financial report provided by the project developer, in 2015, the NextEra Energy Inc. (NYSE: NEE) energy group achieved a revenue of $17.48 billion, with total assets of $82.48 billion and a total available net cash flow of $7.7 billion.
NextEra Energy Inc. 2015 Financial Report
As a "Double-A" EB-5 masterpiece featuring borrowing by an A-rated listed company and a repayment guarantee from an A-rated listed parent company, the EB-5 capital for the Nevada Solar Power Project accounts for only 12.7% of the total investment, and all other non-EB-5 funding has been fully secured. The project has also been approved by the California Public Utilities Commission and has signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with one of the largest integrated electric utilities in the United States, an A-rated power company, ensuring that operating revenues can fully cover the repayment of EB-5 funds.
The Nevada Solar Power Project is the fourth EB-5 power project from NextEra Energy Inc. (NYSE: NEE). This project is almost identical to the previous three phases and will continue their success, while leveraging advantages such as the double-A rated repayment guarantee to perform even better in terms of job creation and repayment than the previous three phases.
In addition, the Nevada Solar Power Project also boasts numerous advantages, including a low EB-5 capital ratio with all other non-EB-5 funding fully in place, a 3.1x ultra-high job creation rate, support from the top U.S. immigration law firm Miller Mayer, completion guarantees provided by a NASDAQ-listed company, stable project operations, strong government support, a strict capital supervision mechanism, and transparent project documentation.
