Investment immigration to the United States focuses on the latest information in the U.S. investment market. In the new era of Chinese capital going global, an increasing number of high-net-worth individuals in China have broadened their investment perspectives to the global stage, pursuing maximization of asset allocation appreciation benefits. Whether it is real estate investment or immigration investment, the United States remains a hot spot in the investment sector. The latest information from the WorldWay Immigration Group's Los Angeles customer service center reveals that the United States holds four positions among the top ten financial centers in the world, and the strong competitiveness of the United States keeps the heat of investment immigration high.
It is reported that the "Global Financial Centers Index" is compiled by the British consulting firm Z/Yen Group and is updated twice a year in March and September. This is the 19th report. The report surveyed five categories of competitiveness indicators for 86 global financial centers, including talent, business environment, financial development level, infrastructure, and overall competitiveness, referencing 24,495 assessment reports and calculating 105 projects to derive the ranking results.
According to the latest rankings, London and New York continue to hold the top two positions. Several U.S. cities have seen their rankings rise, with Washington jumping three places from last year's 10th to 7th; Boston has also entered the top ten. The top ten global financial centers are London, New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Zurich, Washington, San Francisco, Boston, and Toronto.
WorldWay has taken the lead in launching the theme of "2016 Asset Allocation Year," attracting widespread media attention. In fact, U.S. EB-5 investments have attracted and will continue to attract the largest share of Chinese immigrant investments, primarily due to the appeal of the U.S. green card. Additionally, EB-5 investments convert Chinese investors' RMB assets into USD assets, allowing them to avoid the risk of RMB depreciation and enjoy the benefits of USD appreciation.
The popular EB-5 projects from WorldWay Immigration Group include the DLJ Four Seasons Hotel Resort Project (a project where investors have successfully obtained approval and repayment is guaranteed by a large real estate fund) and the Columbus 90 Apartment Project (an approved conceptually scarce apartment project in Manhattan, New York), as well as the Nevada Solar Power Project (a high-employment project guaranteed by a large publicly listed parent company in New York), all of which have numerous advantages such as strong developer strength, ample employment, low investment and repayment risks, and good exit mechanisms.
