On January 30, 2015, Wang Zhaofeng, the Chargé d'Affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Dominica, signed the Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement between the two countries with Prime Minister Skerrit at the Government Building in Dominica.
XU Kui, head of the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Dominica, along with the Cabinet Secretary and the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, were present at the signing.
