Philippine Immigration focuses on Philippine Immigration Economy: Northeast Electric Power First Engineering Company of China Energy Construction Group signed the contract for the operation and maintenance project of the 135MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Coal-Fired Power Plant in the Philippines with Concepcion Power Corporation in Shenyang. This is the first international project undertaken by the company that integrates power plant operations, maintenance, and repairs, marking a new breakthrough in the company's overseas market development.
The Concepcion Power Plant project is located in Concepcion City, Iloilo Province, Panay Island, Philippines. The first phase installs a 135MW generator set and a 430t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler. In December 2012, Northeast Electric Power First Engineering Company undertook the construction project of the 135MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Coal-Fired Power Plant in the Philippines on a general contracting basis. The project commenced on June 25, 2013, and is expected to complete a 240-hour reliability test run by June 25, 2016. The signed operation and maintenance service contract consists of two parts: the pre-operation phase and the power plant operation phase, with a total contract period of 6 years.
