Currently, Singapore Post is collaborating with the government agency, the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), to explore the potential of commercial drone deliveries, utilizing drones and a custom mobile application based on the modified Pixhawk Steadidrone system.

In a statement, the project manager from IDA, Jacqueline Poh, noted that before using drones for deliveries, there are still obstacles that need to be addressed, such as controlling flights. She stated, "Using drones for deliveries in Singapore still requires a significant amount of time and thorough consideration of commercial and safety factors."
