2. If the priority date is later than November 22, 2013, but earlier than May 1, 2015, there are two specific situations to consider:
a. If the applicant is in China and has received a payment notification from the National Visa Center (NVC), they can queue to process the visa after submitting the relevant materials.
b. If the applicant is already in the U.S., they can submit an I-485 application directly in the U.S. after the I-526 is approved, allowing them to apply for adjustment of status and wait to obtain a temporary green card. Before this, the applicant can also apply for a work permit or work permit + re-entry permit.
