Mr. Mike Fitzpatrick, U.S. Congressman, places great importance on immigration issues. This visit to Worldway Capital marks the first time in 25 years since the enactment of the EB-5 legislation that a U.S. Congressman has visited a Chinese immigration agency. During the discussions, Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick stated that during the two-day itinerary in Beijing and Shanghai, they participated in Worldway Capital's project briefing and visited the Beijing and Shanghai offices, witnessing the responsible work ethic and strong capabilities of Worldway Capital. He expressed satisfaction in entrusting the promotion of the Pennsylvania Turnpike project, which is related to U.S. national interests, to Worldway Capital. The Pennsylvania Turnpike project is funded through the U.S. EB-5 investment immigration program to improve municipal construction at various levels of government in the U.S., benefiting local economic development, and aligns with the legislative purpose of the U.S. EB-5 program, which Congress should continue to support vigorously.

During the discussions, Dr. Winner Xing, President of Worldway Capital, introduced Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick to the three major documentation centers of Worldway Capital, which strictly review all client documents in accordance with EB-5 program requirements, ensuring that each client's investment funds have a legitimate source, and that all transfers comply with Chinese foreign exchange regulations. He also highlighted the importance of Chinese outbound investment in facilitating economic exchanges between China and the United States.

In a relaxed and pleasant discussion, Dr. Winner Xing also introduced the growth and development of Worldway Capital, as well as the current market situation and prospects for Chinese applicants in the EB-5 program. Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick attentively listened to Dr. Winner Xing's presentation and highly praised Worldway Capital's efforts in promoting U.S. EB-5 investment immigration in China since 2006.
