1. Sign a contract with our company;
2. Provide some client information for preliminary background checks;
3. Prepare application materials after passing the preliminary background check;
4. Submit for initial review by the lawyer, and the client pays 100% of the government fees;
5. Submit documents and payment receipts to the immigration office;
6. Begin background checks, and receive approvals, rejections, or delays in processing;
7. Pay the investment amount within 30 days of approval;
8. Take an oath (can fill out the oath form domestically, and domestic lawyer certification is sufficient);
9. Receive citizenship certificate and passport.

Property Investment

1. Sign a contract with our company;
2. Prepare application materials;
3. Submit for initial review by the lawyer, and the client pays 100% of the government fees and 3.5% property deposit;
4. Submit documents and payment receipts to the immigration office;
5. Begin background checks; the investment immigration committee proposes an approval suggestion to the Prime Minister based on the results of the background checks and document review, and the Prime Minister makes the final decision;
6. Pay the remaining 96.5% of the property price upon approval. All approved individuals must take an oath in Grenada or at legally designated institutions (except for our clients, who can fill out the oath form domestically, and domestic lawyer certification is sufficient);
7. Receive citizenship certificate and passport.
